The Team of Capricorn Capital Group brings with it an extensive track record within the international Banking sector, the Dutch, German & Swiss Real Estate markets, the Dutch housing association and social housing market and the Legal sector. Over the last decades the team members have built up experience in actively hands-on managing real estate assets in the commercial and residential sectors and we have a proven track record in creating value for our investments, our partners and stakeholders.
Steven has a background in banking, family offices and investments; working with wealthy families for Private Banks in The Netherlands and Switzerland while advising these UHNW families on their (real estate) investments and their Family Office set-up. Later he founded a single family office for a large client out of which Capricorn Capital Group came forth.
Jean Ton has a background in real estate, having worked for the largest asset manager in The Netherlands after which he proceeded to set-up his own real estate investment & advisory company in The Netherlands focussing on investment in Germany & The Netherlands and advising the top 10 Dutch real estate investors.
Alexander is a lawyer since 1993. He specializes in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions. A significant part of the transactions he was involved in are related to the real estate sector. He has worked for domestic and foreign private and family owned companies, private equity funds, major shareholders, MT teams in large financial institutions.
Gabriel will act on behalf of Capricorn as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Fund Management, strengthening internal structures and providing key input on the firm’s expanding residential investment programs. Gabriël brings with him his experience as the founding partner of a boutique real estate investment and management firm, following career stops as CFO of two similar companies, as a tax lawyer with KPMG, and as Investment Manager for a family office. He is a qualified lawyer (LLM) specialised in international tax law.
Marie José is working for Capricorn Capital Group as a Back Office employee since June 2019.
Marie José has years of experience in the back office field, including developments at various wholesalers, restaurants and own business.
