• Acquisition of single assets or portfolios;

• Investment size between the € 5 million to € 150 million;

• Located in the bigger cities; Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Breda, Tilburg, Maastricht, Amersfoort, Hilversum and Groningen;

• Favourable micro-locations in the cities, close to public transport;

Capricorn Capital Group invests in Switzerland through its participation in IBEX-Gruppe AG. IBEX-Gruppe AG is a Real Estate investment and developing company, developing purpose-built student housing complexes in good micro-locations in the larger university cities of the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

• The acquisition of plots or existing assets that can be (re)developed in to student complexes;

• Plots or buildings should have a commercial zoning (not residential);

• Acquisition size for plot or asset between the CHF 5 million and CHF 50 million;

• Located in; Zurich, Basel, Bern, St. Gallen, Winterthur and Lausanne;

• Minimum size per plot or asset for 100 student rooms plus amenities (reception/ bar/ public rooms) making it a minimum of 3.000 m2;

• Favourable micro-locations in the cities, close to public transport with a maximum of 15-20 minutes to the University by tram or bus;​
