Investment Sourcing
Capricorn Capital is well connected in The Netherlands and Switzerland and is capable of sourcing interesting investment opportunities before they come on to the market, or in the case where the investments are already known to the broader public, Capricorn is capable of combining different buildings/ portfolios in a mix which could be interesting for its (international) clients.

Underwriting
Capricorn Capital provides financial underwriting of the rental income, the cost structure and financial return modelling (cash flow calculations).

If the investment is a development, Capricorn Capital has the internal capacity to underwrite development and construction cost (STIKO, PvE, Bestek, etc.).

Acquisition Management
Capricorn Capital can manage the acquisition from Head of Terma's negotiations, the due diligence process, the SPA and possibly if needs be attaining different senior debt term sheets.
