Capricorn Capital provides financial underwriting of the rental income, the cost structure and financial return modelling (cash flow calculations).
If the investment is a development, Capricorn Capital has the internal capacity to underwrite development and construction cost (STIKO, PvE, Bestek, etc.).
Capricorn Capital can manage the acquisition from Head of Terma's negotiations, the due diligence process, the SPA and possibly if needs be attaining different senior debt term sheets.
