Jean-Ton is managing partner of Capricorn Capital Group and is also primarily responsible for the commercial activities of our organization. Jean-Ton has a background in real estate. He worked for the largest real estate brokerage in the Netherlands before founding his own real estate investment and advisory firm in the Netherlands, with a focus on investments across the Netherlands. In addition, he advised major Dutch and foreign real estate investors.
Jean-Ton is a partner and founder of Capricorn Capital Group.
Alexander is active at Capricorn Capital Group as General Counsel. Alexander has been a lawyer since 1993. He specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. A significant number of the transactions he has been involved in relate to the real estate sector. He has worked for domestic and foreign private and family businesses, private equity funds, and major shareholders.
Alexander has been a partner at Capricorn Capital Group since 2015.
Gabriel acted as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Fund Management for Capricorn Capital Group, strengthening internal structures and providing input for our organisation's growing residential investment programmes. Gabriel brings experience as a founding partner of a boutique real estate investment and management firm, following previous roles as CFO of two similar enterprises, tax lawyer at KPMG, and investment manager at a family office. He is a qualified lawyer (LLM), specialising in international tax law.
Sushmit works as an Associate at Capricorn Capital Group, focusing primarily on financial modelling, valuation issues, and the analysis of real estate portfolios and investment opportunities. He has a background in restructuring and M&A, with experience in lender-led acquisitions, capital structure restructurings, and sponsor-backed transactions. In previous roles, he was responsible for various parts of the underwriting and transaction execution process.
Rinke Kroondijk has over 15 years' experience in property management and has been with SQUARE Asset Management since 2024. Prior to this, he held various senior commercial and management positions at real estate investors and managers, including Aroundtown SA and PingProperties.
Throughout his career, Rinke was responsible for the commercial management of large real estate portfolios and led a diverse range of complex projects in the areas of leasing, repositioning, acquisitions and disposals. In doing so, he combines strategic asset management with a strong focus on transactions and value creation.
Marie José has worked at Capricorn Capital Group as a back-office employee since June 2019.
Marie José has years of experience in back-office operations, including at various wholesalers, restaurants and in her own business.
