Welcome to Capricorn Capital Group BV. We are a private investment and asset management organization active in real estate. Capricorn was founded in 2014 and has since been based in Utrecht (the Netherlands).

Capricorn manages and participates in several investment programs. We are involved from the acquisition to the exit of real estate projects. The focus is on commercial and residential real estate, including developments. We adopt a value-add investment strategy focused on the G20 area: the 20 largest cities in the Netherlands, with the G4 (the four largest cities) playing an important role in the Randstad region (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht).
