Capricorn Capital Group provides comprehensive financial underwriting, including detailed analysis of rental income, cost structures, and financial return modelling based on cash flow forecasts.
For development projects, Capricorn has internal and external expertise to assess and substantiate development and construction costs, including STIKO budgets, Programme of Requirements (PoR), technical specifications and construction documentation.
