Capricorn Capital Group BV is a full-fledged real estate  investment, development, and management company with roots as a Switzerland-based family office. Capricorn was formally established in 2014, with a team which together had already commenced investing in direct real estate in 2011.

Capricorn manages multiple investment programs for which  it sources its own, mostly off-market property acquisitions,  focusing on single or multi-asset opportunities in The Netherlands. It follows a value-add investment strategy for the  G20 area, comprised of the 20 largest cities in the Netherlands,  of which the G4, the four largest cities located in the Randstad region (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht), play a big role.
